I’m Blake Henson. I’ve worked across swim teaching, deck supervision, staff training and swim school management. I know how quickly onboarding, practical sign-offs and certification records can become scattered across forms, folders and spreadsheets.
I believe a proper learning management system gives instructors a clearer way to develop and managers the confidence to see where their team stands. Existing options can feel unaffordable for swim schools, so I set out to build something more accessible and shaped around the work we actually do.

Can we create our own courses and onboarding pathways?
Yes. Build lessons with video links, rich text and quizzes, then group courses into learning pathways for new staff. You can assign courses to individuals or in bulk.
How do practical skills sign-offs work?
A supervisor can rate real-world skills, leave feedback and finalise an assessment with drawn signatures from both parties. The dated record can be exported as a PDF.
Can someone verify a staff certificate?
Yes. Completed courses issue downloadable digital certificates with a public verification link, so someone can confirm a certificate without logging in.
Can location managers access only their own teams?
Yes. Granular roles let you delegate management to a location while keeping head office visibility across the organisation.
